offering our 200 hour yoga teacher training starting August 1, 2025.

Modules & Cost 

The program is divided into a total of 6 modules to be completed over a total of 6 weekends. 

6 Month Program

1 weekend a month

1 Virtual evening a month

Program Cost:

$2400 or monthly payment plan

$200 deposit plus 6 payments of $

 

Special Price:

 $2200 if paid in full

Deposit: $200 non-refundable goes towards tuition

Please read the entire application, initial the paragraphs in “Affirmations” and sign the Agreement below. Once application is received, we will contact you with acceptance then you can go online to pay deposit of $200 which goes towards your tuition. There are no refunds once you have started the course. Please submit your application as soon as possible to reserve your place in the Program.

  • Complete sequencing (asana, pranayama, meditation) to achieve a particular effect safely

  • Effects of pranayama on subtle body

  • Sequencing of pranayama safely, including awareness and adaptations

  • Ujjayi, Nadi Shodhana, Kapalbhati, and others

  • Koskas, Kleshas, Chakras, Nadis and Prana Vayus

  • Key meditation terms

  • Meditation methods of lineage

  • Ability to practice chosen meditation

  • Chanting, mantras, and mudras

Yoga Humanities

  • Term "yoga"

  • Dates and key ideas (Vedas, Vedanta, Hatha, Colonial, Modern)

  • Lineage

  • Definition of yoga and key terms

  • Relationship between asana, pranayama, meditation

  • Major yogic text (Bhagavad Gita, Yoga Sutras, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Upanishads)

  • Self-reflection on how philosophy relates to practice

  • Understanding the value of teaching yoga as a service and being of service to others (seva)
